RAINBOWS:
BLUE
Blues is an uplifting, relaxing, soothing color.

It is
excellent for unwinding from mental fatigue. Blue is related to
TRUTH, SECURITY,
TRUST, COMMUNCATION
The
deeper hued blues — help you understand who you are.
Use for
greater communications and "speaking your truth".

If you find yourself unable to express your feelings, sky blue
and turquoise
these
shades of blue will help you open up.
Too much
blue can be depressing and isolating,
so are
not good choices if you are low on energy.
Healing Uses:
Blue helps to physically reduce pain and inflammation.
It
reduced stress and causes the body to breathe more deeply.
Use to
this color to relieve headaches, burns, stings, insect bites or

with bone healing.
Also use blue for throat problems. Lowers blood pressure.
