A Week of
RAINBOWS:
INDIGO
Indigo is a a cool and relaxing color. It is related to insight,
intuition, wisdom, finding meaning in life, and your spiritual
connections.

The
deeper hued blues — sky and cobalt, help you understand who you
are. This color is about turning inwards, and exploring
your own mind and facing the dark unknown.
The deeper indigos relate to intuition and receiving messages.
They also
assist you to belief in your own wisdom and begin to trust that
connection to your guides and the nature spirits.

Too much indigo can be depressing and isolating,
so are
not good choices if someone is already withdrawn or depressed.

Healing Uses:
Indigo help to fight infection.
Using an
indigo blue light reduces infection and stimulates the liver.
Use
Indigo for psychological protection.
Indigo in the home:
Use sparingly in rooms for meditation, sleep or to work with
your own wisdom.
