What is Soul Coaching®?

Soul Coaching is a program designed to use the power of the four elements in a daily approach to changing your life. There are many ways to use the Soul Coaching program, either through daily inner work with me as your coach, or through weekly or regularly scheduled appointments ( phone, internet or in person), to work on various aspects of the program.

The four elements Air~ Water~ Fire~ Earth have been honored by native cultures for centuries on the power and assistance they can lend. Using the natural elements, through work with mental clarity and breath, with hydration and cleansing, through joy and action, and employing self nurturing and care, we enable you to see past your self imposed limitations, to look outside the box you feel you are in.

How do we work together on Soul Coaching® Online?

It would be great if you were local to the Pittsburgh area, and we could have our meetings in person.... however, I have successfully coached people all over the world using Soul Coaching methods and incorporating feng shui shifts and changes to help support them on their path to the life of their dreams. The beauty of the group online program is it is delivered to YOU everyday... keeping you on track and motivated!

Denise Linn, founder of 'Soul Coaching' piloted the Soul Coaching program as an online group program in this exact way, working with a wonderful group of individuals through email, and those people sharing their daily experiences with each other through the convenience and privacy of email.  Over the years, I have added website pages chocked full of goodies like workbooks and meditations, offered weekly live teleconference calls to chat about your process, and much more!

The online group method is perfect for people who want to share the energy of a group and who tend to read their emails daily.  It's perfect for those who think they are 'too busy' to make time for this program in other forms. It's perfect for those with good intentions but not great on following through on their own.

With an online group, you have that instant connection with others without leaving your home or office! And you conveniently have your daily assignment in your inbox, without having to 'make time' to find your book, or go to a class.  While each assignment could take from 15 minutes to several hours (your choice!) just reading through the assignment and ideas can be enough to set energy in motion that will change your life forever.

You will have support daily via email, along with my daily coaching and message. I am there with you every step of the way. This is not an automated program, but one that gives you not only my support, but the combine energy of the group as we conquer fears, remove self limiting thoughts, and take action on our goals.

Many of my e-group participants wanted the support of a group, but couldn't find a class in their area. Participating in an online workshop gave them the opportunity to share the experience with like minded people from around the world.
